Instruments Calibration

Elettrostar performs:

• Calibration of thermoresistances and thermocouples using a certified oven;
• Calibration of pressure meters from 0 to 70 bar in air and 700 hydraulic bars;
• Flow rate meter calibration;
• Monitoring and calibration of process analyzers such as TOC, Silicometers, PHMeters, Conductivity meters, Redox, Chlororesiduometers, Dissolved Oxygen Analyzers;
• Alignment of measurement chains and control of pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for electrical and instrumentation systems.

We also carry out the review and calibration with ISPESL / ARPAV certification for safety valves at our operating plant through gas and water benches tests.

The customer’s system is also revised through the use of suitable portable instruments.

Before performing a calibration, the instrument is tested to see if it needs to be adjusted.

The calibration is carried out in accordance with the valid directives.

The calibration results are reported in a calibration report.

We carry out calibrations of pressure and temperature measuring instruments of other manufacturers.
